Policies

Guests may check in after 3:00 PM.  We request guests check-out by 11:00 AM.
 

Credit Card Payment: Upon booking, guest credit card authorization will be required for a deposit to the amount of first night’s stay, plus additional taxes. Upon arrival, guest credit card authorization will be required for the remaining amount of the stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Free covered parking is offered for ONE CAR PER ROOM either on site or across the street in Kent Square parking garage.  Kent square parking pass to be returned upon check-out to avoid $30 charge.

Main Street Inn is a smoke free hotel.  Smoking is prohibited during your stay in all guest rooms and public areas.  A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for those who do not comply.

All rates are based on double occupancy.  Additional nightly charge of $25 for each additional person.  Maximum occupancy of (4) four persons per room.  This includes children.  Children 10 years and under are free.

Main Street Inn does not have accommodations for Pets, with the exception of service animals.  We will be happy to supply information for area kennels if necessary.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Notice is required for all cancellations. Notice can be sent via phone, email, or in writing.  Please abide by the following minimum cancellation schedule.

MID-WEEK: Two (2) days’ notice prior to arrival.

HOME FOOTBALL GAMES: First Nights deposit is non-refundable.  30 days written notice is required to receive refund for second nights deposit.

SPECIAL EVENTS AND WEEKENDS: Fourteen (14) days written notice prior to date of arrival.

NOTE:  We will charge the first-night deposit plus taxes per room reservation for cancellations that do not comply.  No-Show and abbreviated reservations will be charged for the entire stay that do not comply with proper notice policies.
